At a time when the unemployment was at its lowest and you were getting comfortable with the normal process of the interviewing process, the world changed and life as we knew it rapidly faded away. The human element of interviewing was quickly removed because no more firm handshakes or signing in at the front desk was apart of this important process.
We can all agree that the interview process and being able to get a good grasp on it has always been quite challenging. So how, exactly, are you supposed to go about interviewing—and getting hired—particularly post-COVID? Deep breaths and a positive attitude is a good start!
Yes that is important but the real answer is: You adapt. That’s what recruiters and hiring managers are doing, and they’re hoping you will, too.
