Hi, I’m Tosha Wilson-Davis, MPA, MSCJ, CPRW
I would like to welcome you to Penciled IN Résumé Writing & Career Counseling Academy. I have over nine years of professional résumé writing experience which includes the creation of winning CVs for higher education professionals and federal government résumés for those seeking civil service positions. As a small-town girl, I have always had BIG dreams. I am a first-generation high school and college graduate and worked hard to defy the odds!
With over 18 years of professional writing experience at the state, federal and academic levels, serving as a professor for nearly 15 years, and writing 150+ résumés in the last four years, I have decided to train others to become effective and productive résumé writers, to become savvy job seekers, and move their careers forward with non-traditional job search methods. The old way no longer works.
The programs we have developed will also allow you to feel more confident in career strategies, using LinkedIn and our bootcamp course helps prepare you for the CPRW exam. I was blessed to pass the CPRW on the first try without training and it can be overwhelming. This motivated me to create my own training academy to reach participants across the world and provide a foundation for résumé writing and helping others leverage their career.
